Polite, friendly, and knows how to explain things so I understand. Exceptionally clear about what's being done, why, timeline, cost, options, etc. Also, I was driving on bald tires and didn't realize it. To have someone say "This simply isn't safe" was a great gift. The other reason I go here is that I went, once, to a service place where they tried to sell me things I didn't need. Checked it out with Cambridge Honda who informed me I did not need those services done at all! Have been devoted to them ever since.
