AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Cambridge Honda is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant for our growing Sales Department. Sales Consultant should have general knowledge of makes and models of various manufacturers. Sales Consultant must have a neat and clean appearance; excellent customer service and communication skills; excel in a fast-paced environment and possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

•    Presenting New & Used Vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly & professional manner
•    Performing vehicle walk around & demonstration test drives with prospective customers
•    Working with Sales Manager in order to present purchase or lease options to prospective customers
•    Prospecting for new customers & customer referrals
•    Handling customer email, phone & internet leads
•    Presenting vehicle features & options to custom

Job Requirements:

•    2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
•    Sales inclusive of new and pre-owned vehicles
•    Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
•    Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
•    Must be a helpful Team Player
•    Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

We are currently looking for Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will coach, track and motivate a team to handle incoming leads and manage response times to schedule appointments to visit the dealership. Strengths must include ability, to effectively multi-task and understand the importance of excellent customer service. Adherence to process, generate reports and identify areas of opportunity is a must. Marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

•    Oversee business development center
•    Train and motivate staff
•    Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs
•    Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
•    Answer a high volume amount of inbound calls
•    Set appointments for clients to purchase vehicles

•    Contact customers to confirm appointments

•    Transfer ownership of vehicle utilizing an established delivery process which insures the customer understands the vehicles operating features and warranty
•    Maintain owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele
•    Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

•    Proactively prospect for customer leads
•    Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards

Responsibilities:

•   Performing work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
•   Diagnosing and repairing vehicles automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc. Providing labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
•   Explaining mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
•   Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up to date with rapidly changing technology
•   Inspecting and testing new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made


Job Requirements:
•   2 or more years of previous experience as an automotive service technician
•   Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
•   High school diploma or equivalent
•   Valid driver license
•   Excellent customer service skills
•   Professional appearance and work ethic
•   Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

SHUTTLE/VEHICLE SWAP DRIVER

Responsibilities:

•   Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
•   Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up
•   Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road
•   Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free and timely
•   Drive customers' vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property. Drive safely and with caution
•   Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled. Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning
•   Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance
•   Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle

•   Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
